Client Payroll Lead/Manager


  • Reporting to the Group CEO, this role will be the No. 1 employee for this new payroll outsourcing business. You will kickstart, drive this new business and ensure profitability and substainability
  • Manage and liaise with clients’ needs in respect to payroll processing and requirements
  • In-charge of clients’ prospecting and liaison, on-boarding of new clients and ensure customer success
  • Identify business opportunities and secure payroll outsourcing business or other business within the group
  • Kickstart, startup, hire and manage teams of Payroll and Business Development personnels
  • Build the business towards profitability and substainability to ensure long term growth


  • Min 3 years of full spectrum of payroll functions
  • Have prior experiences in handling large volume of payroll headcount and preferably possess experiences in leading and managing a payroll team
  • Those with B2B sales and/or account servicing experiences will be highly advantageous
  • Familiar with Singapore’s employment laws, statutory contributions and regulations
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, dynamic and result-oriented environment
  • Independent and able to work as a good team player

  • Devise, drive and implement marketing strategies, initiatives through proper and right execution

  • Drive partnership and community building initiatives
